As a member of Customer Operations, you will be a part of a team focused on delivering our most innovative intelligence analysis product offering – one that will propel our customers and our company to groundbreaking levels of success.
Responsibilities:
- Enhancing and leading the company Orientation Program to ensure a smooth, efficient and effective process for new employees joining our company.
- Assisting with the creation and delivery of various computer based, and instructor led training materials: instructor guides, software simulations, quick reference guides, etc.
- Pro-actively work with HR, Management, SME Analysts and other key players to acquire the necessary information to build the curriculum
- Applying best practices and adult learning principles to instructional material
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to easily adapt to changing needs, and committed to getting the job done right and on time. Additionally, we are looking for someone with strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or similar field
- Four (4) years’ experience in instructional design, training, or education
- Demonstrated knowledge of Section 508 compliance and/or WCAG compliance
- Experience with Adobe Captivate or similar product (i.e Articulate Storyline)
- **Must provide examples of work**
Preferred Qualifications:
- E-learning certificate
- Master’s degree a plus
- Technical Writing experience
- Data Analytic skills
- Working knowledge of one or more: ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick models
Work will be performed at the Alexandria, VA, office in collaboration with other team members. Occasional local and CONUS travel.
