Sales Operations Analyst
The Sales Operations Analyst will own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel. Being so close to this data, the analyst will know best what needs to be adjusted in order to improve sales performance down the funnel. The Sales Operations Analyst will build reports that inform sales reps, managers, and leadership on historical results, current performance, and expected results in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment that currently has 30 users.
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.; complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades; and manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
- Define quarterly objectives, standardize business reporting, and create dashboards for sales executives.
- Manage the incentive compensation plan.
- Ensure timely exchange of monthly data among business partners, calculate eligibility, review and distribute reports and payments, field inquiries from sales colleagues, and initiate data investigation and communicate resolution.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the sales machine go faster.
- Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools, like email prospecting, contract management, and content enablement software.
- Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, assisting with on-boarding new sales reps, and optimize lead qualification and scoring.
- Will be the main point of contact for the sales team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, accounting, computer science or related field.
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience, preferably in field sales or operations.
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience with Salesforce CRM tool.
- Must also be proficient with basic computer software
- Must be able to work in a high-intensity environment in which they are responsible for several concurrent tasks
