Business Operations Assistant

The Business Operations Assistant is responsible for the day to day operational support of the business development and sales engineering team.

Responsibilities

Provide support for events, business development meetings, demonstrations as well as presentation of collateral materials for Business Development team.
Work with SalesForce or PipeDrive as required conducting data entry, sales analytics, and workflows to capture business leads and follow-up.
Become familiar with Semantic AI’s suite of software and learn to present information related to software through oral or written formats.
Experience working with customer facing calls, emails, or communications and the appropriate responses to handle their requests, issues, or concerns.
Ensure that the business development and operations teams receive prioritized communications, leads, or information.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor degree required.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools required.
International experience and travel a must due to Semantic AI’s focus and clientele.
Some travel may be required up to 35% percent as needed to support client facing requirements, business events, or training.

Day to day work will occur in the Semantic AI, Inc Alexandria, Virginia office.
