Intelligence Analyst SME II – (TS with SCI eligibility)

As a member of Customer Operations, you will be a part of a team focused on delivering our most innovative intelligence analysis platform offering – one that will propel our customers and our company to groundbreaking levels of success.
Responsibilities:
- Apply analytical knowledge and experience to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client mission, requirements, goals and analytical processes for the purpose of delivering intelligence products and services
- Produce superior written Analytical reports
- Identify, formulate and advise on functional improvements to mission objectives gained via maximum employment of our industry-leading analytical software products
- Act as the primary authority and voice for users of our analytical software products
- Ability to relay user feedback and work closely with the Analytical Product Team on matters relating to usage of our software in client settings, including customer goals and the challenges users face, as well as providing feedback on desired new features
- Use software tools to conduct all source analysis in support of various Intelligence Community, Department of Defense and Law Enforcement missions
- Use software tools that merge data from numerous disparate data sources to identify previously unknown associations
- Advise and mentor fellow analysts on the use of intelligence analysis software, to include introducing new software tools and supporting training on its use
- Assess and provide recommendations for improvement to client intelligence analysis function processes through the introduction of new methods and tools
- Deliver and maintain consistently high customer satisfaction
- Support in-house efforts in designing solutions for intelligence function needs
- Using your superior writing skills to produce Analytical reports supporting the customer’s mission
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Intelligence Analysis or similar study, or equivalent experience
- Ten (10)+ years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst
- Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Knowledge of intelligence analysis, all-source intelligence, mapping, analytical methodology and tools.
- Knowledge of ETL.
- Experience with all source software analytic tools
- Must have superior knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Must be able to obtain a DOD 8570 IAT level III certification within 6 months
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills - Ability to interact with customers, partners, colleagues, management and others professionally in writing, in person and virtually
- Proactive sense of ownership and responsibility for projects assigned to you
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing outstanding customer engagement and service. This includes customer needs assessment, instructor-led/supported training, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
