Senior Intelligence Analyst – Washington, DC Area

You will base your activities at one of our Washington DC-area Department of Defense customer sites supporting a uniquely interesting mission in the capacity described below. Our software solutions and services are empowering our customers to excel in widely diverse missions by mastering their data and making better-informed decisions much more efficiently, addressing critical needs of the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, law enforcement, international government & military partners, wildlife conservation and other humanitarian organizations, and the finance/banking and casino gaming industries - just to name a few.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 12 years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst or similar position
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (required)
- Knowledge of all-source Analysis, data science, analytical methodology, and tools
- Apply analytical knowledge and experience to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client mission, data requirements, goals, and analytical processes to deliver high-quality products and services
- Identify, formulate and advise on functional improvements to methods aimed at achieving mission objectives via maximum employment of our industry-leading analytical software products
- Relay user feedback and work closely with our Product Team on matters relating to the usage of our software in client settings, including customer goals and the challenges users face, as well as providing feedback on desired new features
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing outstanding customer engagement and service. This includes customer needs assessment, instructor-led/supported training, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

- Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills - Ability to interact with customers, partners, colleagues, management, and others professionally in writing, in person, and virtually
- Proactive sense of ownership and responsibility for projects assigned to you

- Leveraging all source analytic techniques against large, structured data sets to provide the Department of Defense with unique insights into their patterns of activity
- Using software tools that merge data from numerous disparate data sources to identify previously unknown insights and associations
- Advising and mentoring customers on the use of analytic tradecraft and software integration
- Delivering and maintaining consistently high customer satisfaction
- Supporting in-house efforts in designing solutions for customer needs
